Fertigungsbereich
SMD-Production:
Our SMD production line consisting of Speedprint stencil printer and i-Pulse M4e equiping automate. Here already become leading records with board size from 20x23mm up to 320x233mm, bigger boards are possible. Components from form 0201 to FBGA etc. are used.
AOI:
With our automated optical SMD check by means of i-Pulse K5L we reach an optimum and quick quality inspection.
In planning: To substitute our AOI-system with an AXI-system.
Advantage: AXI system has integrated X-Ray, i.e. it can also check soldering marks of components with cennecting pins below the case without problems and bigger expenditure.
Manufacturing area:

Our manufacturing area is equipped with an assembly place, 4 equiping places,
a closed wave solder plant and 2 solder controll places.
Test area:
On our test place a net part finds itself for up to 24 V and an Osziloscop
with which we can carry out even a smaller functional test of the actual products.
To the enlarged functional check customers have made available us already the
partial superstructures which likewise find themselves here.
Varnish area:
In our 9.12 mē varnish room we can varnish leading maps with humidity protaction at any time.
